Capital Works Projects
As with Unit turn-over renovations we have extensive experience in facilitating Capex Projects. We understand some projects are well scoped and detailed by experienced team members requiring a quote submission only and others are a more basic general scope managed at a village level that needs to be considered and developed with the builder’s input. For the latter we can assist with initial scoping of works and advice on compliance and approval requirements.
We like to start with understanding the reason for the works and develop the scope to align with the desired outcome avoiding any wasted investment that is not directly contributing value to the end result. We see our strength in this space is not just delivering a quality construction service but rationalising scopes of works, engineers reports and other consultant’s recommendations to ensure the best value and village outcomes are achieved.
